Shipping:

Q: What is your TAT?

A: Most products are made to order so please allow a turn around time of 5-7 business days (I do try to get orders out earlier if I can.)

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer flat rate shipping. regular post: $10 Express Post: $15

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!

 

Q: What does Ready to Ship mean? 
A: Ready to ship means that the products in that section have already been made and do not need to be made to order So will be shipped out quicker.  Please note that if a ready to ship item is ordered with a made to order item then they will be shipped together when all Items in the order are ready. 

 

Payment:

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Afterpay.  If you are collecting your order in person, I also accept cash.

 

Candle Questions:

Q: Can I change the name of the candle?

A: Yes, if you would like a fully personalised candle I can do that! just let me know.

 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, there is an option to select if you would like your candles gift wrapped

 

Wooden Wick Candles:

Q: Why won't my wick light?

A: Wooden wicks need a little TLC.  They may take up to 3 attempts to light.  It is also important to make sure you clean the wick before each burn.

 

Product Questions:

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: All products that are vegan will state 'Vegan or suitable for vegans' on the product page.

 

Q: Are you're products cruelty free?

A: I source ingredients that are cruelty free and none of my finished products are tested on animals.

 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes! please contact me to arrange a wholesale order.

 

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Yes! i can make custom orders for birthdays, baby showers, weddings etc. 

I can also make custom gift sets.
